Chonburi, Thailand - On May 1, 2026, LACKER International Co., Ltd. (LACKER)'s raw material production base located in the East Coast Industrial Park of Chonburi Province, Thailand, officially commenced full-scale production and operation. This commissioning marks LACKER's completion of its core raw material production capacity layout in Southeast Asia, establishing a complete overseas industrial chain covering raw material production, deep processing, and cross-border import and export. This lays a core foundation for the company to deeply penetrate the ASEAN market and radiate into global raw material trade.

As the core implementation project of LACKER's global raw material supply chain strategy, the Thai production base boasts a total investment of US$10 million and spans over 30,000 square meters. The project commenced infrastructure and production line construction in 2023, completed equipment debugging, trial production, and compliance inspection by the end of 2025, and officially achieved standardized and scaled mass production on May 1, 2026. The base focuses on the specialized production and intensive processing of food ingredients, health product ingredients, daily chemical products, and supporting industrial raw materials. Leveraging Thailand's well-established chemical industry support and cross-border trade policy advantages, it precisely matches the raw material procurement needs of global markets such as Southeast Asia, Europe, America, and the Middle East.

To enhance the industrial matrix and strengthen comprehensive overseas production capacity, LACKER has simultaneously established a supporting precision manufacturing plant. Its Thailand Pajie Auto Parts Raw Material Supporting Plant is expected to commence production in the third quarter of 2026. The plant will specialize in high-end precision die-casting supporting raw materials and industrial supporting profile processing, achieving complementary production capacity in both food and health care core raw materials and industrial supporting raw materials. This will significantly enhance the supply chain stability and comprehensive supply capacity of the overseas base.

The commissioning of this Thai base marks a crucial step in the globalization strategy of LACKER and Shanghai Jiechun Biotechnology. Leveraging Thailand's BOI investment incentives, low comprehensive production costs, and a mature cross-border logistics system, the base effectively optimizes the entire supply chain cost of global raw material procurement, production, warehousing, and export, while circumventing international trade tariff barriers and regional supply chain risks. Simultaneously, it integrates with the domestic production and R&D base in Shanghai and the cooperative warehousing center in Southeast Asia, forming a mature cross-border business model of 'Chinese R&D quality control + Thai large-scale production + global distribution and export', significantly enhancing the company's global supply competitiveness in mainstream raw material categories such as monohydrate creatine, sucralose, chromium picolinate, Arabic gum, and Thai PP series.

In terms of localized and compliant operations, LACKER's Thailand base adheres to the business principles of localized employment, localized compliance, and localized services, with local employees accounting for over 90%. The company has fully implemented a globally unified raw material production quality control system, food safety compliance standards, and import and export traceability management system. It strictly benchmarks against international food raw material safety standards, ensuring that all outgoing raw materials meet the access standards of China, ASEAN, and the European Union, providing global customers with highly compliant, stable, and high-quality raw material supply chain services.

The head of the enterprise stated that Southeast Asia serves as a core hub for global trade in food and health product ingredients. The official commissioning of LACKER's Thailand factory has fully addressed the company's shortcoming in overseas large-scale raw material production capacity, elevating it from a single domestic supply to an industrial structure featuring collaborative dual bases both domestically and overseas, providing global supply.

In the future, LACKER will continue to deeply cultivate the Southeast Asian raw material market, continuously expand its core raw material production capacity, optimize cross-border import and export processes, and improve its overseas warehousing and distribution system. With stable production capacity, rigorous quality control, and efficient cross-border services, LACKER aims to build a globally competitive raw material supply chain brand, continuously empowering the entire industry chain of food, health products, and daily chemical products both domestically and internationally.
